Wreck of the Raptor

Picture
The wreck of the Raptor is fictitious, but loosely based on the Jane Sea wreck in Aruba, with a little of the Carry Lee wreck in Grand Cayman thrown in. Writing about 1974 was incredibly fun and took me back, although I was only 9 years old at that time! I think this book is richer in character development, but keeps the thrilling diving action. Bonus as it's from two eras.

It's 1974. Disco is in its infancy, everyone has a cassette player, and cocaine is pouring into Miami from South America.

When Whitey Snow falls in too deep with Peruvian drug lords, he puts events in motion that must wait 45 years to find their conclusion, and leave AJ Bailey in a perilous position, on the Wreck of the Raptor.

Book three in the Adventure Series parallels Whitey's journey in 1974, with AJ's story in 2019, until they crash together in a thrilling conclusion in the waters off Grand Cayman.
